I recently hired some one on this board to install a simple mod, it should have taken 30 min max, it toke him 3 days and the end results was I had to turn my board off to fix it. When I check his work all he managed was upload some files, no file modifications, it’s a pity because I had a lot more work for him. I guess there is no way to test some ones ability, this was the first time I hired someone, I’m sure there are really good programmers here but for me I will never take another change to find out. Just sharing thanks. P.S this is still my favorite board, besides my own of course
you should she experience, like number of post, itrader experience, date of join,, and many other aspect hope you'll find better next time
