I have the following website for sale…

This site has earned approximately $1000 in total revenue since it went live in April 2007. This includes $16 to $28 CPA’s as well as adsense.

The site is focused on the promotion of hydroderm skin care products. I am selling the site because CJ recently dropped the hydroderm affiliate program and I don’t have the time to join another publisher and reformat the links on the site. It is well indexed with mostly original content and a number of low PR inner pages.

There were 800 unique visitors in the month of December and $45 in revenue.

Most of the success I had with revenue occurred while azoogle was running the hydrodem offers. They dropped their offers around August, so I switched to CJ. Unfortunately, the CJ program failed to convert as well for whatever reason (though I have always been suspicious of CJ’s tracking mechanisms).

The purchaser can find active hydroderm programs at shareasale and partner2profit. You can also utilize some of the online beauty store programs that carry the products.

Auction includes the domain (PR2), the wordpress files and database backup.

Starting bid is $25 and the auction will close on Wednesday January 2nd at 5pm EST.

Terms of Sale:
-Only bids posted in this thread will be accepted or acknowledged.

-Domain transferred to buyer’s GoDaddy account – I will not transfer to any other registrar, so you must have or create a GD account.

-Buyer must be familiar with transferring/importing wordpress blogs. No technical support is offered with the auction. All of the necessary files will be emailed via .zip

-Sale is not contingent on buyer’s application or acceptance into a hydroderm affiliate program. Please be certain you have access to a hydroderm affiliate program before making a bid.

....I should add that I have done little to promote/update this site in the past few months. So while it is not a million dollar property, a little TLC could go a long way for a site that is already indexed and trusted.

Thanks for the bid DanLar75...but I am not offering technical support with this auction.

If you have cpanel hosting than it is as simple as using fantastico to install wordpress (2 or 3 clicks). From there you can use the import feature of wordpress to transfer everything in about 5 minutes.

A simple google search for "import/transfer wordpress blog" will give you step by step instructions.

The reason I don't offer technical support is that people screw stuff up on their own and then proceed to ask for a refund after they have ruined the site beyond repair. Thus, I choose to stay hands off.
