    I'm looking to sell Nail Tech Forums, which is an online community for nail technicians and people who want to learn how to do acrylic and gel nails. The site content was initially created using Yahoo! Answers but all current threads and posts are completely real. There are a few power users that post regularly answering newbie questions. The site has great potential as a money maker and is continually growing.

    The site gets 14,000 page views a month on average, and 7,700 unique visitors a month on average. I am currently only monetizing the site using ePN, getting on average $30 per month. You probably can get higher returns running Adsense.

    Selling quickly, asking for $600. No licenses are included.
