BEAUTIFUL tutorial site + unique wordpress skin + tutorials + premium domain!

its a very lovely tutorial site, it comes with all the photoshop tutorials included (their are some php hidden in the forum) all but 3 are done by me (facial hair, custom brushes, logo with text) which were donated (long story, involving me BIN'ing a site and then the site being retracted and tutorials given as a goodwill gesture by the owner).

many tutorials are listed in a good few directories

the wordpress is hand coded and designed by myself and is fully unique - noone else has it.



we've had some great traffic, although some of this is down to me buying hits from here, a better indication is to view pageviews. Theres been a bit of a dip due to me not making any tutorials recently, if you do a couple (1-3) and submit to a few tut sites (notable: good-tutorials) you'll do great.

I haven't monetized it yet, the only thing is the 88x31 for a niche site at the bottom. (the others are dirs)

the domain is also superb and conveys a sense of fun which users will always remember

site also comes with VERY valuable list of 60+ tutorial submission sites. (resale rights no included, I don't have them sorry)

bought some ad space on techtuts.com but that appeared to amount to very little.
