Hello all I have a serious collection of some top HD wallpaper sites for sale that need to go.
The sites are listed below and I will try to provide some basic information about them all.

Some sites have been developed more than others. Some have more wallpapers on, more content on and have been promoted more in some various ways. Either through social networks like Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc. But nothing heavy or bh.

Some sites are more established than others. Some are new but already ranking and receiving organic traffic from their respective (targeted) keywords so have great chance of doing better with some simple SEO done on the sites to help them rank higher.

Traffic and Site Details:
Most sites get about 10 UV's a day. Some get more some get less. I can provide more traffic details and proof if you need as I am using Analytics and Webmaster Tools with each site and StatCounter stats for quick and easy viewing of traffic details.

HDTattooGirls.com - About 100 UV's daily. (By girls with tattoos for girls with tattoos. Using latest best WordPress wallpaper theme.) Has good social presence and authority.
HDTattoowallpapers.com - About 3000 UV's p/m. (Popular niche site for tattoo ideas, designs, stencils and or desktop wallpapers.
CoolHDCarwallpapers.com - About About 3000 UV's p/m. (Such amazing cars on here in many categories.
HDBirdwallpapers.com - About 10+ UV's daily. (New site up and coming for people who love birds as desktop wallpapers)
HDButterflywallpapers.com - About 10 UV's daily. (Dont be fooled by the softiness of butterflies, high search volume and good CPC)
HD2Pacwallpapers.com - New site not promoted in anyway yet really. Growing traffic though with bout 5+ UV's daily. (Fans will love this site if you add more wallpapers of other artists too)
HDSpacewallpapers.com - Newest site. About 10+ UV's daily. (Brand new site, already ranking well can easily do better overtime).

Site can cater for both desktop PC wallpapers and actual bedroom wallpapers this is where the CPC and money is. While they mainly have desktop wallpapers for PC's, Laptops, Mobile devices etc. They can also host actual like bedroom wallpapers or room wallpapers for kids etc. This is where there is good CPC and how some of these site have that double unique bonus about them.

The 2 other sites.
cushdywallpapers.com - One of my first wallpaper sites. Cushdy as in "It's all cushdy mate". Has probs at mo will fix but was about 10+ UV's a day anyway.
gunwallpapers.net - Same for this site. Up and running with about 10+ UV's a day.

All sites run on Avscripts Wallpaper site script except HDTattoGirls.com which runs on WordPress. Buyer will need license for the AV wallpaper script $29.00 (Included in BIN price).

Monetization:
I have not monetized the sites yet but recently added Adsense to hdtattoowallpapers.com and earning about £5 p/m. It's veru easy to add your own ads/offers etc via the simple Ads Manager page. HDTatooGirls.com has been monetized with Adsense and earns about £5 p/m also. I really ought to monetize all the sites as 9 5 pounds p/m is £45 p/m I could be earning.

If new owner is savvy and develops the sites and gets them better rankings then they could easily be making minimum £5 per DAY so that would be £150 p/m. Times that by 9 sites all earning around £100 p/m that's £900 p/m you could earn from 9 simple (but awesome) free desktop wallpaper sites.

Site Maintenance:
No maintenance is needed once sites are up other than occasionally adding new wallpapers to the sites. It's super easy to upload new wallpapers either individually or in bulk. People can also upload their own wallpapers and get their own user profile. Sites have lots and lots of options you can tweak but already optimized for best performance.

I keep an eye on the sites traffic and see hits from Google and where they travel to and add wallpapers around these. "HD wallpapers" is a growing trend and has some super high search volumes which is what we target but for the category word version of it. Site Developments:
Some sites have a bigger SEO and Social Presence than others like a Google+ account, Facebook page, Twitter page etc.

Site Transfer:
All sites with NameCheap and couple with GoDaddy. I will work with buyer 100% to their satisfaction to get the domains transferred to their domain registrar and the sites files to your hosting account. All sites will be backed up (site files and database) ready for you to install on your server. Site logins etc for the sites and social network sites/pages etc for them. However, due to the technicality of it (even though it's fairly simple) I will offer to do the install for you ensuring everything is setup correctly for you like permissions etc as I know my way around Avscripts quite well and have done this before for others.

I would hope we could meet on Skype so I can send you all the site logins in one neat and organized folder. I keep details of what work has been done to the sites in a text file along with all the links to and logins for them and any social networking accounts / emails etc that are used for making them with like Google+ etc.
