    How new is the site? It has not been indexed by Google.

    Who wrote the free guide? How many pages are in it? Will the buyer have full rights to it?

    Thanks for your questions :).

    The site is only a few days old and not yet indexed. It has been all set up and is ready for the new owner to promote it.

    The free guide is a PLR, and it is 39 pages long. You will receive the word document as well as the pdf, so you can change it around and rebrand it with the website name if you wish.

    P.S. Just wanted to add that although the blog is new and not yet indexed, every blog I create usually takes no more than 7 days to get fully indexed in Google. So you can expect it to be indexed by the end of the week.
