The ebook is a PLR product and can be edited as you wish. You can of course provide the first chapter to entice your visitors to sign up to your list. Then upsell them to purchase the full ebook if you like.

A salespage could be easily added to the blog with a paypal button if you want to sell the ebook.

The blog is made using self hosted wordpress, so you have your own dashboard where you can add content or edit content. So you can literally add affiliate links where ever you want.

You can also add them to the sidebar easily or anywhere on the theme.

I can give you detailed instructions on how to add them if you decide to purchase. Alternatively if you provide me with your affiliate links I can put them in for you.

Another great thing about Wordpress is you can install plugins that will cloak your affiliate links too.
