Does anyone else read Beating Adwords...it's pretty awesome guide I think for ppc... www.beatingadwords.com Love how it covers step by step the process of creating profitable campaigns, and also the dynamic optimised site tip for keywords. But really it is a smashing read, and it really helped me out. But I've heard adwords miracle is good too Granted at $67 it's steep but at some places you can get it for $39 (pm me for more info as I can't say where in public)
