    How is it monetized?

    Amazon affiliates, one click upload 100s to 1000s products daily. Easy set up and can enter your own Amazon ID in the plugin settings. Which means no need to manual add products.

    How much time does this site take to run?

    not long 10 minutes a day just type in the products and the plugin will fetch all related then click import and that is it.
