if u talk about stocks then bearish market can be volatile but price falling down. In forex bearish market indicates slow market. less fluctuation of prices.so bearish and bullish is different for forex and stocks i think.
You are wrong.Now we all are in bearish market overall.And this apply to all market niche coz now many consumer not willing to spent their hard earn money.So our economic will be slow in recovery. But you can still make money from bearish market buy shorting the stock market.
