    I don't know. The reason why I am selling is because I do not know how to fix the htaccess and Google is not too helpful in indexing the site. I don't have the time to figure it out and would now just like to at least recoup my loss and move on.

    If you are an expert on htaccess and know how to get the site going again, go ahead and make me an offer. Who knows, this site may be buried treasure for someone else. One thing you should know....South Padre Island, Texas is becoming the #1 destination for Spring Breakers in THE WORLD. Maybe you can take that niche and do something with it.

    I don't get much traffic yet....but today I am proud to say I got a $1.30 click!! Wow is this a sign? I guess it's cuz of Spring Break coming up....

    Thanks guys, I am going to write up a full description of everything you need to know about the site including the CMS, revenue, content rights, etc.

    Hopefully that'll set those bids a bit higher...:)

    I think I am going to hold off on selling this site. Getting a huge jump in traffic all of a sudden...I need to better plan out some things and maybe I'll sell it later.
