Google annouced its profits this week "Google Penguin Leads To 42% Increase In Paid Clicks" Let all get involved to stop the madness! All this extra cost in clicks adds to the bottom line and gets passed to the customers in the end. Its fueling the recession. WHAT CAN WE DO? Lets start a campaign to get everyone to install adblock plus http://adblockplus.org/en/ or something similar! Simple as that! nobody needs to change search engines or change the way they go about their every day life. Natural Search results will be back on top and free enterprise will rise again. Who is with me? Just tell everyone you know. send friends emails post it one facebook tweet it tell people trhey will get 7 years of bad luck LOL or some BS like that Tell me your thoughts? google as a company will do whatever it takes to make their business more profitable. there is no madness about it. if you had a business that you could run at a good profit, will you operate that at loss or at less profit just to make people happy? besides, google is not to blame here. its the spammers and scammers who abuse the system by using blackhat methods to promote their crappy affiliate sites are the ones google needed to weed out to promote positive user experience.
I don't think enough people would do this to make a dent in Google's earnings. That's unfortunate, but most likely true.
it's not Google's fault, even Facebook is into this kind of marketing. if you want to get big, ask all online advertisers to stop advertising.
Of course Penguin update has made a rise in Paid Advertising as ranking in top search results is more complicated now.
