I have a site that earns money for every download. It currently receives 2500+ visitors per month and creates $100 in revenue (all profit). With some very basic SEO we can target more keywords and increase traffic. The keywords we rank for are uncompetitive and were gained without link building. By building links to rank for terms in the same niche we can easily increase traffic to 10'000 per month and earnings to $400+ The current conversion rate is also quite low. Around 10% of users make a download even though most come to the site to fix a problem which the download solves. I'm offering 50% of the increased profit to anyone willing to take this site on as their full responsibility. This means building links, maintaining, looking for new keywords to focus on and build content. This can easily be a $200+ per month earner for you for just a couple hours per week.
