Be First and Get a Featured Listing for the Price of Regular

From now through 01 September, I will automatically upgrade any submission from a regular to featured if it is the first submission to an unpopluated category at Sites Promoter.

First come, first served.

To ensure no one gets "accidentally taken" if your submission turns out not to be first because someone beat you to the punch for a particular category, I will reject the submission, unless otherwise instructed; simply make a note [in brackets] if needed.
