Suggestion Be consistent with rules and infractions

    Seriously.

I was given an infraction for starting a thread selling my license for 'forum and blog spamming' software. No biggie - I didn't know the rule.

4 threads below mine, and two days older than mine, is a thread selling the SAME EXACT software.

Either there is favoritism, a little misguided promotion, or just incompetence of the mods here. Either allow the sale of this popular software licenses, or don't allow it. Either way - make up your minds.

That's all you need to do. There are millions and millions of posts here, so not everything is taken care of instantly.

Yah right, because Mods are too busy deleting posts and threads that never being reported
while leaving 30 posts I have reported 2 days ago which nobody bothers to taken care of.

Last night CReed, silencer and myself had discussion about how Mods ignore spam reports
and this morning the whole thread is gone to obliviousness. Would you like to explain that?

Of course we delete stuff that wasn't reported... If we see something that should be deleted, we delete it. Would be silly to check if someone reported it and only delete something if it was reported. We also don't necessarily delete something just because someone reported it... If we dis that, we might as well just give all users the ability to delete any post.

As far as why an individual post was deleted... I would b willing to bet a very large sum of money it had nothing to do with you talking about moderators. Maybe it was moved to a more appropriate forum/thread, maybe it was thread hijacking and off-topic of the thread it was in... Maybe the first post in the thread was deleted for some reason and every post in the thread is collatorally deleted since the whole thread is deleted in that case.

To date, I've ever seen one instance of what I considered mod abuse, and that mod was not warned, they received infractions from me and were immediately stripped of being a mod in all of about 5 seconds.

Okay, so I was curious, so I found the post you were talking about and I can say for certain that you are retarded. lol

    Your whole conversation in that thread was about how the thread you were posting in should be deleted because the original post wasn't allowed. And now you cry that your post can't be seen because a moderator deleted the thread that you were complaining wasn't deleted fast enough? Not sure if I should laugh or cry. {sigh}

God damn corrupt moderators trying to hold you down in life and silence you. :)

You mean like 10 posts in a row that repeating the same phrase or thank you posts
that most definitely made to count posts and i have reported 2 days ago?
Or your double standards when it comes to posts to 2 posts inside of 5 minutes,
which I reported first time one month ago and then again 2 days ago?

Well, I have news for you. Someone (and I'll leave it for you to figure out who)
has been deleting at least 1 in every 5 posts I made, at least 100 in the last 3 months alone
and as I estimated at least 300 in my 4 years as DP member mostly because they are critical
towards posts made by trolls and spammers.

Just look at my last not 1 point but 2 points infraction for making a joke.
If that wasn't abuse then I don't believe you have any idea what abuse is.

    Look who is talking.

Then why Mod deleted that thread if there was only a couple of posts that came up as result of OP?

lol, I can't stop laughing that I am crying.

Jeez, its either you make great choice in mods or are a total liar. I had a forum with 8 mods and no matter how good they were the idiots kept turning into power tripping clowns. Each had their own evil plan.

Don't worry about it. It'll be removed. People who accidentally break the rules just keep coming and coming in the forum. They all get deleted eventually.

You say there is a corrupt mod because they keep removing your posts and I say there is a corrupt mod because they won't remove posts. funny the way DP works huh?

Here are some stats for you so you can make a more educated argument...

    • 7.4% of all your posts have been deleted.
    • In the last 90 days, 35 of your posts have been deleted, which works out to 6.1% of the posts you made in the last 90 days (so less are being deleted lately than average).
    • The forum as a whole has had 7.2% of all posts deleted (a little more than 1M posts).
    • Your infractions and deleted posts have been pretty evenly spread across different moderators.

What does this mean? The only logical thing I can think of is this...

All the moderators got together and decided to evenly distribute moderation actions against you so I wouldn't be suspicious that someone was picking on you. They also went back and unfairly deleted hundreds of thousands of other posts on the forums so that you were within 0.2% of the norm for percentage of posts being deleted, that way if I ran stats it wouldn't look suspicious.

The only other thing I can think of is almost too absurd to write...

You are being treated like every other member and aren't being favored or picked on. If anything, it looks so consistent it's scary. which of course is what this thread is about. :)

    Well, here is an argument.
I month ago Mod merged my new thread with this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=478293
and at that time it became 18 pages or 360 posts thread but next day it went from 18 to 11 pages
and amount of my posts went from 1,990 to 1,930.

Yesterday alone I lost 9 posts.

    Explain that

Well, I just skimmed through 10 or 15 posts you had in that thread that were deleted, and every single one I looked at should have been deleted imo. In fact, there are some I ran across that weren't deleted that should have been.

You have so many pointless posts in that thread that were deleted I'd almost say a Chinese/Indian spammer was the one posting. lol And no, you weren't singled out... there are more posts from other people deleted in that thread than from you. You are lucky it wasn't me that ran across it to clean it up. I would have just deleted the whole thing vs. spending the time to weed through all the crappy posts and delete them individually.

As always you got it all wrong if you think I care how many posts I have.

As far as I concern delete them all and see if I care because when you reply to
some spammer post your post become as useless as OP. Said that, you can call
every post including your own (if you want I will show you hundreds of them)
spam because as they say: you are what you eat.

So, next time you start poking you fingers, be careful or you will blind yourself.

    If you don't care, why all the fuss over nothing? If you don't care about the deleted posts, and I don't care about the deleted posts, why even bother talking about it? {confused}
