THE STORY Earlier today I went to the thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=290137 Posted there as I was interested and would have probably bought about 4 links: Pixicat replied with the details of the offer with his paypal email address. His paypal email address showed past transactions on my system so curiously I investigated these transactions. It showed that I had purchased past links from another username with the exact same paypal address! The thread I purchased these links from is here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=172402 So I contacted “Pixicat†because in the past I have not been able to get hold of “calce†to ask him why my links had disappeared off of those domains! And this is how that particular discussion went! ######################################### Me to Pixicat Hi You sold me 3 links on the 5 Nov. 2006 on your 3 sites for a year but those links no longer exist on those sites? Well as you can tell it was quite a lot to write out (so please forgive the non justification stright away) in a perfect world I may be able to type faster Anyway he has stopped contacting me after being in continual discussion!
I don’t think for one minute I will get my $18 back but I thought this might save others a whole heap of money; I nearly went in and bought another four links! Paul
so you are saying that the paypal account use in this thread is the same as the one used by someone who is banned.? then i think you are justified in this, and feel the mods should check to see if the accounts have the same ip#
I have contacted 1 or 2 others from the original thread to see if their ad’s are still up but they have not replied yet, we are talking 5 months ago. Also; Pixicat has so far disappeared and is not offering a refund as promised! Yeah; both paypal email address are identical! It’s just lucky that I picked up on it and smelt a rat, it was flagged up that my links had been taken off anyway as I check these every few months, laborious task but it’s saved me $600 dollars this time around. You’re talking $150 minimum that someone will pay and may loose if he does the same again, probably places little value on his username! And thanks. I nearly bought 4 more from him, it’s just lucky I keep all my paypal transactions in a database, again no problem.

The advertisement was easy it was on 3 sites i.e.: 3 sites - 6$ Year - PR4 - Homepage + All Pages. I took all three sites for $18.00, bargain or so I thought at the time! My ad was not in a sub dir or buried anywhere it was across all your sites at that time! And on the front page as per your advert @ http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=172402 i.e. 3 sites - 6$ Year - PR4 - Homepage + All Pages My thought here is you should be prepared to stick to your agreements mate, ok; so you may have done it too cheap, and I do actually agree (that it was cheap) but if you make a mistake you learn from it not back out after agreeing! I paid you in good faith for something you said you would do and you so clearly have not!

Fact is you have admitted that you own the other two domains! 2. Fact is I paid the same paypal email address as you are using now! 3. This is how I have come to the conclusion that even although your username has changed I conclude that am dealing with the same person!
