I just want to share this to anyone who owns a Virtual VISA Card and is planning to link his or her card to PayPal. Virtual VISA Cards are usually debit cards without the "plastic card". These cards are good for buying online items because you can pay using your available card balance. However, some of you here might want to transfer that balance to PayPal so that you can withdraw it to your bank account. Now, you might be wondering why you should do that when the VVC itself offers an option to transfer your funds to your bank account. The main reason is this - the transfer fee is much more expensive and some banks are not supported especially when you are residing outside the U.S. It's not that you aren't allowed to link your VVC to PayPal. As a matter of fact, you can use it to verify your PayPal account. However, transferring your VVC funds to PayPal could potentially get your account suspended or permanently banned as PayPal will consider this action as 'cash advance' which is deemed to be a violation to the User Agreement. So if ever you plan on doing such action, proceed on your own risk. By the way, a good example of a Virtual Visa Card is EntroPay. You can just use Google to search for related services.
VVCC. The most important reason that you shouldn't link VVC/VCC at all it's because it will most probably ban your paypal account. Except for AVS VCC though.
My account get limited after using the entropay because transaction are done in always Euro which is different from local currency. From now , i am not able to send money anywhere in the world.
use VCC to verify paypal account is one of the worst ideas, always use credit card or debit card for the verification to protect your own paypal account
