    One thing: PayPal NEVER, Ever sends their email as " Dear PayPal user" to their customers so this is scam before even I start to read this email.

    If you are silly enough to give your details to anyone over email specialY paypal or credit card related details well sorry but I think you get what you deserve.I have always been amazed that banks have to warn their customers not to give out These details.CAN PEOPLE SERIOUSLY BE THAT DENSE?
