We're thinking about registering our business with the BBB Online program. Do you think clients would initially be more comfortable chosing our company knowing it's backed by the Better Busines Bureau. Do you think this is just a waste of money? If a company presents a professional appearance maybe it's not neccessary? What are your thoughts?
I would feel more comfortable if the site does not have much feedback that I can find somewhere else.
BBB Online has a hefty membership fee, and your website will be examined to assure that it complies with there rules, regs, and requirements, but I think it is a very good investment. I have BBB Online certification on both my sites, and I have had customers tell me that made them feel comfortable buying from me. Jim
