Does anyone know of a good watermarking software for videos that can be used to add watermarks to batches of videos instead of one at a time?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks guys.

You can use Sorenson Squeeze to add a watermark while encoding from source. It will be necessary to reencode your videos to do this. If they are already compressed then you will likely lose even more quality.

If you are using FLV with a SWF player, then you could simulate the watermark by using a PNG overlay in the SWF player.
