Batch convert .MP3 to .RM batch shell script - will pay

    I need anyone to make a shell script for batch converting mp3 to rm in folders and sub folders on my server
    i have full root access to linux server.
    if anyone help me with this or make a batch shell script then i am happy to pay. :)
