Buying Basic WP themes on my sites

    I need someone to setup basic Wordpress themes on 20 of my sites. I would need him to search 10 different free themes and use each theme twice to setup 20 sites. Each site would need a custom header ( if the theme doesnt need a header, I'm fine with it) and barely any editing. I have a budget of $100 for the same. Interested parties may PM me with the following details

    1. Location and turn around time
    2. An example theme which they plan to use.
