Buying Basic WP Theme Design/Coding and Blog Setup

    I am looking for someone to design a basic Wordpress theme built on bootstrap and populate the finished blog with my 10 articles, about page etc.

    The design needs to be custom but simple. If you're able to do theme development PM me and I'll divulge the full spec with examples.
