Basic Wordpress Widget Help

    i need a couple plugins for wp and i know if i sit to figure it out i can do it myself but i simply dont have the time
    i need a plugin that will post my posts to twitter and i also need a plugin that will post my posts to facebook

    i also need to put a little button on my blog to "follow me on twitter"
    can someone help asap?
