    what is your little secret so you can make another big board ?

    tell to your self then tell to us here, is it we use same method or there is another new great idea

    Hmmm.. good question!
    I don't really add any features that encourage users to post but I think that users visiting the forums see how much fun we're having and want to join in on the fun as well. :)

    Im adding adsense revenue share to my forum next week.

    Not sure how well it will work as its not IM related but if people do join adsense and take part i will be able to sell them adsense related products as well.

    On the Forum I am creating there are extra benefits for people who are members and that post a lot.

    For example there is a special Wallpaper Section where for a certain number of posts you can get access to TONS of Wallpapers!

    Depending on your niche, if you are making a forum that is webmastering for example. There are allot of these forums established already, so you need to offer something thats differnt from other communitys to get the ball rolling.
