Basic to Web design

    Where to start from in order to learn web designing. Anyone can help me out...can provide me the site link from where i can learn except w3schools. I did not find it good enough. It would be great if anyone can provide me Ebook. I'm looking to edit my website (see my signature for my website url).

    Best way to study web designing is to actually see some popular web sites

    - Study the color schemes
    - study the layout
    - Study html and some WYSIWIG Softwares such as Dreamweaver (Recommended)
    - Study photography ( Helps alot)

    I think it's better to start with notebook right away.Then you "get to know" your code better. My opinion. Good luck!

    u need to start with notepad to use an web-editor
    go on with this sequence, which u may find useful
    - html & css
    - WYSIWYG editors
    - for practice purposes use frontpage n dreamweaver
    - javascript

    i think w3schools is good enough for the beginner. But if you want to see more advance script, maybe you can go to dynamicdrive.com
