    It really depends on how you do it, you can just have it contained in one site and maintain your site solely by creating interesting and quality content.

    I think it is better to have the one site for each type of product. Visitors may then click on other products they didn't know about, in turn making you more money. Plus, you can rank for lots of different topics so you can bring lots of traffic. It also requires less of an investment and is a lot easier to manage.

    I think, you simply create a single web site. by creating a category for each type of technology you've specified. I think this will make it easier for your site visitors.
