Tell your audience who you are. Then give them valuable information about your niche in your emails. Dont just type up an email hoping to get sales... Do the research and provide VALUE to your subscribes. Content isn't key... Quality content is.

I found this strategy to be best:
-Send them some free, informative content first...such as good and informative webpages you have seen online or free products you bought.
    - Once you have their trust, go up a notch and offer $1 trials or a few low cost PLR or PPL products ($7-$17).
    - In between, give some more informative content so that they keep being interested.
    - When you feel like you have their trust, you can offer more higher paying products

It is important that you always have well-selling and good looking e-mails. If you want the best e-mails which convert, look in your inbox for internet marketing mails you have received. Is there an e-mail that caught your attention? Copy the style of that e-mail and use it for your e-mail templates.
ALWAYS SHOW THEM THAT YOU CARE ABOUT THEM AND DON'T JUST WANT TO !!SELL!! STUFF. They must feel happy and must like what you give them. Also, if you create your own product, always over-deliver when you offer it to them. Give them insane value for a low price. That way they will think you are the real deal...

The first rule of email communication is that you must use a double-opt-in list of email subscribers. If you are new to email marketing, how did you come by this large, targeted email list?

    1. Write engaging email and make sure it is informative.
    2. Your email should be relevant to the needs of your targeted people.
    3. If you are promoting your product or service, don't OVERDO by selling the product directly.
    4. Send regular emails that has sensible content.

    You need to
    - find a catchy subject for your email to make your targets open it.
    - send your email at the right time. Friday or week ends are not the right time. You should consider sending them on Tuesdays and preferably in the morning.
    - write short emails. Your prospects won't read a 2 pages email.

    Hope this will help.

One thing I have learned is that you need to tell them WHO you are. You have to think to yourself, "Who would buy something from someone they don't even know?" Have a good about me page they can refer to on your site is key. Without that, they could find someone they trust more.

It depends on how you get your traffic. If you are sending them through content first, to where they get to know you, or believe you can help them then just send them a few credibility emails with unique solutions linking to different traffic sources you have and mix it up with some sales offers. But you need to have an expert foundation set up on your website. If not, then you might just want to send credibility emails for 7 or 8 days with some unique solutions that can get some kind of result. But you have to get them to buy something before the tenth day because after that they will probably never buy. That's when they are ready to buy. Most people are on many lists. Make sure you speak in your own voice and other than that, there is not a great way or a bad way to write. People are on your list probably because they connect with you in some way. You see, it's all about credibility and trust before they get on your list. If you have trust and credibility, with a coaching program maybe, they will want to be on your list and in time, if you're credible, you can just send out an email to a paypal link and they will buy. Most successful people don't even need to send a sales letter. They already know what they offer is something they want to look at and maybe buy because it's valuable or maybe buy because of one bullet point. So, it's just not about writing good emails and what to say. It's about the expert foundation, the right price point for what you are selling and creating solutions know are the best and overdeliver. There are many ways to communicate in your emails but it starts with an expert presence and determining what your customers want to buy, in your own natural way of writing. There are many types of emails such as, I Need Your Help Emails, Pre-Launch Emails, Sales Letter and Emails, Send Sample Emails, Pre-Notification Emails and more. It takes time to find out what your subscribers want but if you take the time to learn which types of emails you need to be sending for that day, it's better in the long run, in my opinion. Get somebody to help you. If you're just selling one product you're looking at a lot of work and little income if any. Even with tons of traffic. But with plenty of products and solutions you can help more people get results and generate more income. Communication will always be there. For example, Just talk to them in writing. Ask them, why they joined your list? Create a product before they find it somewhere else and add that into your bullet points for future visitors to that page so your back end matches up with the traffic you're getting.

To get customer interested - you should have Eye catchy subject line first (so they can atleast open your mail), make your mail short and sweet pointing the subject only.

What do you mean by "keep a good relation?"
Is sending at least 4 mails per week will be an effective way? Why not 5 or 6?
What do you mean by clean and informative?

consistency is key. Make sure you are always consistent in what you say and do. If you say you hate something, make sure you don't promote it down the road. Keep your tone and style of writing the same so your readers can build a relationship with you and how you communicate to them.

I guess the easiest advice that i can give you is this:

    - Test mailing every 1-3 days

    - Don't buy bulk mailing list, or old leads

    - Study the Aweber blog for great email marketing tips

    - Allow people the ability to unsubscribe easily

    - Always send out EXCELLENT information in each email

    - If you're selling affiliate products... don't display the raw affiliate link. Always mask behind a relevant domain name that's similar to the product you're looking to promote
