basic questions concerning phrase, order of words

    couple basic questions.. tried searching but couldn't find much on it.

    in terms of writing key words..

    is "black cats crossing the road" the same as "road crossing the black cats"?

    or do i have to enter each variant in my keyword list to have them all covered?

    should i need to enter all plural forms of words to create new keywords?

    "free mobile phone"

    if you're using broad matching then the two phrases are the same, but if you're using exact or phrase matching then you need to add all variants individually.

    no, it don't matter if you are using "broad" matching.

    the order only concerns while using "exact" and "phrase" matching
