Basic keyword suggestion tools (free windows ver) ?

I came across a free basic app which installs under Windows and allows you to do keyword populatiry and suggestion agalysis using services such as overture's

Went to find it again but all without luck, would anyone know of similar tools ?

have you tried http://www.nichebot.com ? I think it is very helpful. I think it is better than using wordtracker or overture's tool alone
