Our website has a database of all the urls that have ever reported a 404 error. Some of these may be urls typed by people or existed temporarily on scraper sites. To clean up that table we want to create a script that checks all of those urls to see if a link:<url> search on Google returns any results. Then it would need to record the results of that crawling. It would even better if this script could check the api of another search engine too. If you can handle this by tomorrow, please message me your asking price. I'd think this is a fairly easy script. So hopefully you can offer a low price. Thanks.
Hi, I think Google stopped support for their search API years ago didn't they? You'd need a scraper script, but in any case it's shouldn't be too expensive because it sounds like you could modify an existing script. Cheers, Paz.
