Buying basic design and code the website

    i am looking to have a website done similar to this one:
    http://www.davisortho.ca/, copy the design but only 5 pages of html.

    it must be table based html (core frame of the webstie done in tables, use div's to a minimum). I do not need any wordpress platform setup or anything like that. just html,css, javascript.

    Please send me samples of your work and price quote on this project

    im still looking for more quotes. Most of the previous applicants did not provide me with a price. Please keep in mind i reply only to the who give me an estimate
