Hello Dpians, I have created two very basic animated gifs. I took help from few Youtube videos. Tell me how is it for a beginner. Very eager to hear from pros about any tips and suggestion. animation1 animation2
For the first one you could add more frames to make it less "abrupt". Photoshop has a function called tween(I believe) that will do that automatically for you too. For the second one, I would have it wait for a second or two after Ready? so they're not all going the same speed. Good job though
No problem. As practice, you could try to make a gif of a ball that bounces against two walls and flows naturally.
I agree with the first poster. You need to add a couple spacer frames to slow it down. You might also look at the tween functionality in Flash. - Nice start
I like using Flash for animated gifs like this. The bouncing ball is nice, but the path is not smooth enough. Flash can plot the path for you.
