Does anyone know a animation software that would let me build basic 2d or 3d animations that actually includes premade models of humans, animals, vehicles and so on, that lets you easily make them move around. I tried toon boom studio but it is too difficult for me to learn.

IMHO, i think u need to separate it, if u want to build 2d then make it on 2d software like adobe flash
and if u want to build a 3d object u can try 3d max like dedi189 said before.
for 2d animation i think u can count on adobe flash :)

You can use the Adobe Flash for 2d animations and for 3d animation you can use 3ds max or Maya..

The toon boom is also a good software for 2d animation.
