Selling Baseball wallpapers site, $110/mo revenue, semi-automated, 90% SE traffic

I must to sell my baseball wallpapers site. Worked on him over year and half but I need money. It's great site, all traffic come from search engines, most visitors are from US and CA (you can see stats). Site is semi-automated. What that mean? Site have over 400 wallpapers in database so you must add new wallpaper, let's say - twice per week. 10 per month. Because Google really like updated sites.

Site is hosted at Hostgator, $10 per month, great hosting. Hosted there since site started.

Script is basic WordPress with nice theme. Nothing special.

Revenue Details

Most revenue come from Google Adsense. It's about 50€ (euros) per month - ~70 dollars every month only from Adsense. I'm to lazy to try some CPA or similar offers. I'm tested two CPM networks there - ReduxMedia (they have low rates maybe $20 per month) and now I have Smowtion ($25 per month so far). I'm added Amazon astore few days before but no sales for now.

You can try to monetize this site at another way, I have few wallpapers sites - all have Adsense and Smowtion so I got nice amount of $$$ every month, and i'm to lazy to find another ways. I will post screens of Adsense and Smowtion earnings for last months. Oh yeah, in august you can see lower amount because i'm change theme in that month. Now site have bigger ads and of course more revenue.

Also i'm got many offer for link sale. One firm give $300 for 6 months only for one link. But never sold link before at that site.

Traffic Details

Site have 1.5-2k daily visits. It's depends of course, when is season site have more visits. Also when is some good baseball game you can see more traffic. Mostly traffic, I must say over 90% come from search engines. Google, Yahoo, Bing. It's mixed - organic and images search.

Do you create wallpapers yourself ? Or do you get them via other websites online etc ? Any copyright restrictions for this kind of content ?

I bought one wallpapers pack from some guy. Also some images are my work and I bought some from few guy's. I had no problems so far and I doubt there will be.
