    I have a baseball domain for sale. This is exploratory so I am not guaranteeing sale unless an amount is high enough to gain my interest.

    It is currently PR 3. There is a blogger blog on it with about 200+ pages indexed in Google. You can keep the blogger blog or not, that's up to you.

    The site is making very little income as of now. about $10 per month via adsense/cj affiliate. but I think it has a healthy income potential for someone who wants to put time into it.

    Yahoo site explorer shows over 400 pages indexed and over 200 external inbound links to the homepage.
