    Hi everyone! I am selling 2012legend.com. An old (2 y.o domain name/website). Related to 2012. As you probably know there is a lot of buzz lately related to this subject, so the site has a big potential in terms of revenue. I am selling it because I do not have time to focus on it, as I am very busy lately with launching my first e-book/product on ClickBank.

    The site is listed on #2 position on google for the keyword "2012 legend".

    The site already has a page with 17000 fans, which can be found here.

    Basically all that you have to do is be to pay a couple of forum posters to get the discussions going on the site/forum, from which point it will grow viral, since there is no big/authority forum/discussions site related to 2012, and the demand for this is currently huge. I will offer free assistance on how to grow and update the site in the following few months as well as free hosting on a powerful dedicated server (if required).

    If you update the page with a couple of news daily (news can be from cnn etc.) it can grow to a lot more fans. Basically each time you make a new post on the fb page, it automatically appears on 17000 walls, which means the friends of these fans can also see the posts, giving you a lot of exposure.     $200? There are 14 posts and some of them are spam. Why the high price? Is there another part to the site that im not seeing? I only see the empty forum?

    Yes, you are not seeing the EMD (exact match domain 2012legend.com) , and the 17000 fans on facebook. You are not starting from scratch with this project.

    So basically you are selling a FB page... cheeky way to get around the no selling of FB pages - I guess... but $200 for a FB page is too much!

    No, I am selling the site... It's perfectly setup for someone that has time to put into a bit of promotion.The fb page comes with the site of course since I am no longer going to operate it.

    Can you guys not see these words? "Bargain website" IT MUST be a bargain because of that! Seriously, lower the price- the forum isn't worth anything!
