This is a bargain and I am only selling because I really need cash to A) pay my hosting B) get a new design.

Site made over $400 in last 6 months. It recently lost MSN rankings, but yesterday it earned $2. It used to make up to ten. Get some links and you'll be making that amount. All articles are unique. So is design. No copyright problems at all because I made everything. I need a quick sale, payment only through paypal. All the links to the site will stay. This site has an Ecpm of $70!! Awesome niche! It's more than five months old!

Really people, if I didn't have the need for money so bad, I'd keep it, make it earn $10/day again (just with a few links) and sell for 3k. Get this bargain!

Proof of stats and how much money you're making please?

 

Okay, I will post proof in a second for all to see. This site made $12 (If I remember correctly) in one day. It used to average $10 for a while, but lost MSN rankings. Only making $1-$3/day now. Extremely good niche though. It's your chance to buy it. I need money ASAP.

 

If you needed money right away you would probably sell it for $20... but I'm waiting for stats anyway.

I am selling for half price. Also consider great niche & potential, not to mention that with a few links it will make $10/day again.

yes all is original. This is a hobby for me. Exclusive rights to new owner.

 

do you also have a screenshot of the current revenue?

 

It's made only $31 in the past month (excluding today) lost MSN rankings for some reason. This site is almost out of Google Sandbox! Metal Detectors is an excellent niche.

Sounds good concerning content. When I look at the stats I see only an aggregate report, not a channeled report. Do you have stats to back the number of ad impressions that you show in your report? Also, where is the present traffic coming from?

 

MSN, some Google, even Yahoo.
