    I would like to sell a forum of mine because i need some money for an investment.

    The Domain name is HouseMusicDot.com (nedless to say that it worth a lot more).
    Hosting is paid for 1 year and has unlimited space and traffic.
    The site is not opened for long but its quite known attracting around 350 uv per day.
    Most of them are from USA + Canada + Australia but also Germany UK and rest of europe.
    Niche : Entertainment - Music
    Domain Expires on : Oct 31st 2010 but has the rebuy option.

    Threads: 164
    Members: 144
    Posts per day: 4.22
    Threads per day: 3.64

    Monetize (per day)


    *I`m earning an average of 0,4$ - 0,5$ with uploading.com from downloads.
    *Earning around 0,2$ with antventure ( ads in thread ) and around 0,15$ with adsense ( ads in thread ).
    *Top Banner Space (only monetized this on digitalpoint with an average of 0,2$ CPM)

    Total : ~1,3$/day = ~ 40$/month.
