Hello.

I would like to sell my website. www.itemslocal.co.uk

It receives traffic and search engine rankings/traffic is increasing.

It uses OSClass, I modified the design and script to work how I want it too.

I have not really monetized the website apart from a few google ads, although I have coded a fantastic feature/script that is unique and rare! It's a GUMTREE grabber, that allows you to search any city/location, see all the gumtree ads and post it to the itemslocal.co.uk website, with all the information and it also grabs the images.

I recently moved host, and lost all my main traffic statistics, as I needed a host with SSL so I could have a facebook application page, facebook have gone to SSL only for apps now, I now hot the website on my VPS.







In July the website did receive over 4,000 unique visitors, traffic has dropped slightly as I have not added as many listings from gumtree, I've not had time to put in on the website due to other commitments with new projects.

The website does get members posting adverts, and there is over 150 registered users.
