Jeremy, no need to resort to insults, unless you feel it is necessary to help your argument. My question was a sincere one.

So, Kennedy fucking his name up - this is why? You're doing it in jest, or something?

Well i live in barack hussein obamas district and he has been asked many times if he ever went to school at a madrassa, about the his father and step fathers religious teachings and he has always denied everything. If he is lying he is toast and thankfully this will be the end of his political career.

Insightmag.com also has a great article on this, the author also gave a interview on the hugh hewitt show last night.

From what I have seen, he is a political animal, like every other. I'm not impressed.

    I'll see your I don't care, and raise you 2 I don't cares.

Oh -I can piss longer and harder than you can too. You are outmatched.:D

Sorry. Wrong about what? Wouldn't surprise me, I'm wrong about many things. Wrong about embracing what his father and mother gave him? Maybe so, I don't really know. I guess what I meant was that in him, I think, perhaps people see the opportunity to move away from schism and towards unity.

Rightly or wrongly, I think this is what he represents, in many ways, a fresh, young face that holds no ties to the past, but represents the future. Again, I don't think the guy has the goods, but I (here, too) could be wrong. I wait to see as the silly season grows.

    Here, just came across this:

His dad bailed early on, apparently, and he was raised by a single mom. Like countless others. Probably helped inform his later decisions on identity.

yeah if you are ignorant unamerican bigot its a good idea

    does that fit your discription?

attacking someone because of their parents religion, and some school their parents made them attend when they were 6, is about as ignorant as it gets, right MarRome?

    I highly doubt that

ok, if he was raised by a single mother, then why was he living in Indonesia with his mother and stepfather.

Mar - let me make my point more easily understood. I'm not interested in a pissing contest. The guy seems decent enough. Hell, Harvard Law Review, activist politics in poor housing in Chicago - a fine example of a liberal politician. He was raised absent his birth father. He wouldn't be "lying" to say he holds no muslim beliefs, as he is a professed Christian.

Hammer him on his policies, his politics, if this is your political cast; but his damn name? Is this what it all boils down to?

I don't think we need to worry about his religious background. Checks and balances would prevent any major problems. If there is an issue then people will think twice about it next time.

I really want him to win because he is such an intellectual man but...I don't think the majority of the nation would vote for him.

I agree. He knows it. America is not ready for a female president, even less for a black president. Unfortunately. One day perhaps, I hope.
I'll go for Hillary though, she gets more bo!!ocks than some others male candidate :D
