BAR-B-Q pictures

    I am so ashamed, my bar-b-q pit is so small, I can only cook about 80 - 100 pounds of chicken on it at one time.

    This one is the beta test model. The next one is going to be bigger. And the third one I have planned will be about 2X this size. The smoker on the front was added last month. It has 2 - 24 inch in diameter trays. I should be able to smoke 2 briskets per tray when its finished.
