Bans

I have a BANS but I am having problems getting the product from eBay onto my BANS site. How does this work?

 

Go to content pages and theres a box down there on the right side where you put your category number same as you did on the home page but on the right side. This populates your site with the products of your category. Leave it blank and you won't have anything at all showing.

I appreciate the information and it worked out just like you described. Now, what I need to know is how to utilize the "links" on the right hand side of the home page. What exactly do they represent?

Also, is it necessary to edit the sitemap?

Also, where it says "Your Title Goes Here" where is the code so that this can be changed and what exactly would I place here, the name of the site?

 

1. I've never used any of those links other than to cloak affiliate links and to set category numbers and preferences

2.I'm assuming you use the ebay partnership network? adding more than one category automatically gives you a site map. If you don't do this, you will more than likely have a blank site map page.

3. There is no code to change the title. Just go to content pages at the top under meta tags where it says title goes here and erase that and type in any title you want.

You are welcome, it does have a bit of a learning curve, but once learned you can knock out a site in 30 min. Lots of info on buildanichestore.com. Be advised their forum will be down Mon. Aug. 11 thru Wed. Aug. 13 as they switch over from phbb to v. bulletin.
