popshop.com provides a good easy to put together start, they offer a free veersion, up to ten pages and then if it works out ok you can upgrade to a more powerful version. good luck
PopShop.com is agood as mentioned by mcjp6 or if you are looking for a script for Amazon check out Associate o Matic. Of course assuming you are not stuck on just CJ.
The nice thing about Popshops is that you're not limited to CJ. They also offer feeds from Shareasale, Linkshare, Pepperjam and others. With BANS you're limited to EPN. However, in my recent experience, by comparison nothing converts like EPN in spite of the moronic policies and tools they've implemented.

I have to agree with potentmix, EPN converts really really well, my preference is to use phpBay with phpZon and phpOstock with a wordpress niche site, I find the 3 together work very well. Google loves the fresh content and for some reason indexes wordpress sites far better than any other site I have built.
