Just recently I was FINALLY able to grab BANS 3 and I'm pretty darned impressed. Only thing I'm NOT impressed by is this darned error on the admin side so if anyone could please explain what it is and how to fix it, I'd appreciate it. Thanks...

You can try over on the BANS support forums on their website. I know with ver. 2.0 cont.php deals with your database connection, although I dont think that is your issue.

^^ I don't think it has to do with the database, its apparent its a "Session" error... jus dont know what kind of session error it is.

I had this problem before however using a different type of script. Maybe you should pass these errors to your host, might be the server end side.

the error shows your website in PHP safe_mode, and you will need to ask your host to turn off it for you

PHP safe_mode can be OFF for individual account. I don't see any reason they do not do that for you. Otherwise, prepare for moving :)
