I placed banners all working fine .....but all of a sudden they stopped working........same banner on one blog works fine same banner on another blog does not work ....anyone have any ideas...thanks
is this banner your own, I mean one of your gif/png etc or is it some code that you put in your file? If it is just a gif/png then you can simply try to access your gif/png from a web browser using the full path. for example "example.com/images/banner1.png" should display the banner1.png if there is any. However if it is a section of code that you copied and pasted from somewhere, then you may have edited that file and accidently removed some tiny bit of code. So just recopy that code section from your working blog and try again.
they were all working when I posted them .........but a week later .....they do not .....suggestiones
Sounds like a Wordpress problem or somehow it got deleted. Try right clicking on the broken image and check the URL to see if the image is still there. Are you able to insert new images? Do you have a lot of pages or posts that have the banner? If not you could just upload the banner and use the URL option when posting or edit the template.
Images are still there when you move the mose over the banner it sayes no click......also on one of them I am missing 2 posts o not sure what is going on .......
