It is a poker application that is used at LIVE poker games (home poker games or big poker tourneys) to time the blinds. It is free and in beta at the moment. PTM runs in the browser online (http://www.pokerdiy.com/poker-blinds-timer.aspx) or you can download it free to your windows/mac etc. and run it offline (this is a key feature).
