    my web partner is planing to sell banner add space in our website for $200.
    some special features of our website are as follows..
    1)website has got pr3
    2)website indexes more than 250 google links ..where the banner adds will be placed in every link....i mean to say that banner adds will be placed in more than 200 subdomains of our website..
    3)banners adds will be placed atleast for 5 years (guaranteed)
    4)lastly an amsing thing is banner add holders will be having rights to sell their banner addspace(owned) in future to any one they wish(conditions apply)

    what do you guyz tell about this?
