Banners and Text Link from lots of advertisers don't work.

Hi.

The product's links work fine, i can check almost any product from any advertiser, but the links (like banner, text links, etc.) don't work since some days ago.

When i click "view link" to see banners and text links, cj says to me "sorry, no results found". This is happening for lots of advertisers.

Is there something wrong with CJ ???

me too have the same problem !!!!!

 

Even is happening some times when the advertiser has more than 1000 products and you have to use the search field, when i use the search field sometimes it provides me "No results found" and i'm sure there are results because sometimes work.

For example, i've used the keyword "notebook" at buy.com and sometimes i get results and sometimes it says to me, "no results" and this happen with lots of advertisers some times.

i find the cj.com text links work better then the banners

Try to choose "All" on Language and Advertiser's Targeted Area.

 

I'm not having this same issue... Definitely try contacting CJ support or the advertisers you mentioned and they should help you resolve the link problems you mentioned. Commission Junction support is usually very helpful... Take care!
