Banners and Popus

Can anyone tell me which is the best company for banners and popus other then google , as i have an image hosting website. so i want to put banners and popus on image link pages,

I have put Google banner on main page. so i need some other company to put adds on image link page

and i have seen some popus on popular website like image shack or etc they have popups of yeildmanager.com , anyone know how can i put this on my website ?

i have heard that paypop ups have Trojan in there popups
